Every summer, the South East United States and Caribbean are exposed to the threat of hurricanes. Hurricane Andrew in 1992 eclipsed all other Florida storms in its cost and destructiveness. There are newspaper (Sun Sentinel) articles and books including the freely available Google book, Hurricane
Andrew: ethnicity, gender and the sociology of disasters. 2004 and
2005 were horrific years and on September 25th 2004, just three weeks after hurricane Frances, A step into the future is one of choosing from many possibilities. Future choices are based on past choices in an unending link that creates reality. I introduce the concept of reverse evolution whereby we make choices for the future and work backwards to create a reality of today to make the future come true. How far into the future can one go using reverse evolution? Every link is a possibility based on a probable outcome. In reverse evolution, nothing can be certain except the commitment to stay the course, overcoming all obstacles to create a future reality. "SIGHT UNSEEN" ECONOMY 6/7/2010 The growing prevalence of “sight-unseen” online purchases is enabling a new sales and distribution retail sector. Leading in this effort is the Direct Buy company and the many Internet sites that rely mainly on visual information on products for the purchasing decision. As more and more sales are transacted across the Internet, Consumer’s gain widespread acceptance of the Internet as a sales channel. Internet Datas Analysis provides analytical management of the massive data content of e-commerce.
SERVICE ECONOMY 8/28/2010 The value added of a service economy is leveraged by maximizing the number of clients being served and minimizing the number of service providers. Maximizing profits follows the optimization of the value added, however, in a recession, this leads to further unemployment. A well informed public (e.g., using the On-Demand Advertising proposal) can lead to purchases of less unwanted and hence more relevant products and services. At a minimum, the value of such informative advertising equals the cost savings of unnecessary irrelevant purchases to the consumer. (A case in point is purchasing a A modeling of the churn rate for diabetic clients’s retention in a Diabetic Weight Management Program, showed an initial sign-up rate that was four times the final steady state level. The implications of this analysis is that four times the level of service providers are needed at the beginning than at the maturity of the program which implies a need for downsizing at that time. This scenario is a classic challenge that employers face during business startup; needing more employees at the beginning due to pent up demand than at steady state with the implications towards downsizing in the future. Employers are placed on a treadmill of needing to maintain the productivity of their staff through job growth, or downsizing. The compromise is rightsizing a startup and not falling into the trap of ramping up to fill excess demand. A core staff is hired to match the projected steady state level of operations. The economic implication is the existence of a core staff that provides steady state levels of service, and the temporary employed that service excess capacity. These temporary employees require a steady growth in jobs beyond the steady state levels of the economy. A compromise for the dichotomy of a better informed consumer and less economic activity and its negative effect on value added to the service economy is to modify the workweek. Decreasing the workweek from 40 hours to 35 hours a week, will theoretically reduce the unemployment rate by 12.5%, all other factors remaining equal. Also, the diminished work hours translate to less pay, however this can be offset by optimized informative advertising that further reduces the need of redundant spending. The zero sum gain is that the economy will return to full time employment and be resilient through the foreseeable down turn. TELECOMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC SAFETY 5/24/2011 Although the illustrated event of a car crossing an undivided road was not a US incident, clicking on the picture to left shows details of the potential of a text while driving accident (Click on image for details.) A viable solution will involve legislation and technology working in concert. Through technology, cell phone carriers will be provided with tools to enable or disable the operation of cell phones in a moving vehicle in accordance with a legal framework. Through technology, the legislature will be provided with practical methods of monitoring and enforcing compliance of laws that promote the safe use of cell phones in vehicles. Altogether, a win win solution is achievable which results is measurable by the reduction in deaths and injuries through its implementation. SOLUTION. Vehicle Cell Phone Safety Service (VCPSS) COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT SERVICE (CRS) 7/18/2011 Employees lose an estimated $68 billion in employers’ matching contributions due to early retirement savings withdrawals and consequential lack of employees retirement savings contributions. The CRS permits banks to receive an increase of the aforementioned $68 billion dollars in cash flows from employers matched contributions direct deposits into CRS bank accounts. CRS immediate availability of matched savings funds increase employees enrollment and contributions to retirement savings plans. A CRS enrollment rate of 50%, and added employees’ annual withdrawal of $1,200 in matching employers’ contributions, results in an increase spending of $83.8674 billion nationally or 773,942 new jobs. Increased availability of employees’ funds expands investment and job growth within local communities. The service allows banks to offer increased selections of cost-effective retirement savings plans for small to midsize businesses. US DEBT SCENARIO ANALYSIS APPLICATION 8/14/2011 The US Debt application is an Excel 2003 macro enabled work in progress. Application forecasting of debt is solely based on preceding debt, interest rates, debt interest payments and debt balance payments. US Treasury Website’s average monthly interest rates are used and average monthly interest payments are calculated using preceding months’ last days debt balances. Historical debt payments are iteratively calculated using the goal seek function to match calculated debt with US Treasury Website’s debt data.
Results show a savings of $236 billion over ten years for a debt growth reduction of $1.5 trillion dollars. The projected savings are $629 billion dollars for a debt growth reduction of $4 trillion over ten years. Both conditions are under continued deficit spending. If Congress pursues a non-deficit spending policy, making zero-sum-gain payments on interest (paying interest and borrowing to pay interest at same levels), the projected reduction in debt growth will exceed both $1.5 trillion and $4 trillion and approach a reduction of $9.643 trillion dollars and net savings of $1.516 trillion dollars. The $813 billion annual payment for deficit spending reductions will remove 8,062,500 jobs annually from the economy. Beyond a balanced budget, payments for a $515 billion rising annual interest expense in fiscal year 2012 under a $1.5 trillion debt reduction growth policy will be needed to curb debt growth to zero levels. The $813 billion deficit spending reductions combined with the FY 2012 $515 interest payments or $1.328 trillion in annual payments are needed to balance debt or the equivalent of removing 13,174,600 jobs from US economy. If deficit spending continues at FY 2011 for ten years the ending 2021 debt is projected to be 30.330 trillion dollars. The projected $1.5 trillion dollar debt reduction balance for 2021 is $28.830 trillion dollars and the 2021 balanced budget projections are $20.687 trillion dollars. Projections are based on US Treasury website data thru September 30th 2011. The application projection accuracy improves as the application trains on future historical data. CLOSED-LOOP APPLICATIONS SERVICE (CLAS) 9/4/2011 The Closed-Loop Applications Service (CLAS) addresses the need to provide secure sales and distribution of physical digital media content through the optimization of computer processing, data communications and data storage. CLAS was conceived as an alternative to the Internet bandwidth intensive applications such as Netflix and cloud computing strategies, which bandwidth demands have exceeded 30% of overall Internet traffic. These access gateways such as iTunes have the potential of spiraling into economic monopolies for command and control of information content access and sales and distribution points, with economic power to effectively dictate tax rates for use of their services typically set at 30% or beyond. Through optimization of productivity, they collectively marginalized the job creating brick and mortar information sales and distribution industry at typical ratios of one of their jobs created to forty US jobs loss. The continual erosion of brick and mortar information content retailers is being pursued in a mad rush by the entertainment industry current embracing of video streaming as a means of economies of scale advantage over the sale and distribution of physical digital media and combating digital piracy. CLAS addresses issues of the forthcoming technological obsolescence of brick and mortar digital retailers through its proposed standard. The standard requires the authorization of CLAS physical digital media use through closed-loop verification of user sales transaction. CLAS comprises three segments; 1) sales transaction logging, 2)verification and authentication of CLAS media for usage, 3) security features of CLAS recorded media and playback devices to maintain closed-loop relationship between buyer as purchaser and buyer as user of CLAS media. ClAS technology envisions the innovative rebirth of the brick and mortar digital retailers with sales and distribution bandwidth optimization features that surpass that of Internet websites. MULTI-TIERED HEALTHCARE SERVICE (MTHS) 1/1/2012
The Multi-Tiered Healthcare Service (MTHS) Proposal Second tier responsive services are similar to current healthcare insurance and healthcare services. MTHS divorces the inclusive preventive care aspect of current healthcare insurance and services into preventive and responsive care services. The goal of this distinction is: 1) for cost-effective preventive care to gain a wider foothold in healthcare services provided, 2) to achieve a wider level of patients compliance in preventive healthcare through cost incentive structure between first tier and second tier insurance premium reimbursements, 3) provide regular schedule of preventive care services in lieu of lack of scheduled healthcare and 4) to achieve net savings through reductions of patients with chronic illnesses and chronic illnesses costs associated with enrollment in first tier services. MCC INNovations is currently modeling MTHS pricing structure and operational constraints for achieving effective control of NHE as % of US GDP for US population projections to 2100. TREASURE-COAST RAIL-CRUISE SERVICE (TCRCS) 1/23/2012 The Treasure Coast Rail Cruise Service TRAFFIC SPEED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM VIRTUAL FREEWAY (TSMS-VF) 3/20/2012 MCC INNovations proposes the Traffic Speed Management System -Virtual Freeway The ultimate goal is to recover a portion of the estimated 1 billion barrels of gasoline that can be saved if US drivers drive at 55 mph, thru driving at near optimum speeds for traffic conditions. PORT ST LUCIE RAILWAY STATION (PSL-RS) 3-23-2012 The Port St. Lucie Railway Station proposal PSL-RS provides an optimum compromise for railway service to the year 2050 and beyond for the St Lucie community which is slated to grow at double the population of Martin County and with a dominant population center in the greater Port St. Lucie area. When consideration is given to long term planning for area growth and supporting infrastructure for mass transit throughput, the PSL-RS at Walton Rd. is ideal. Ease of access to the Crosstown Pkwy extension being developed as of this writing and the nearby SE Green River Pkwy, provides high capacity transportation to and from the station to all areas, I95 and the Florida Turnpike. In conclusion, having a PSL-RS at Walton Rd, improves overall South Florida railway service by having a station that centrally serves the area, replacing the need for two railway stations with one, and providing space for future growth.

![]() From this vantage I am submitting a revamping of the status quo and the launching of “Americana Nostalgica,” a cradle to grave integration of products goods and services characterization of “Americana” and providing a distillate of the captivation of the American Spirit. This command and control facilitates all aspects of marketing, production and distribution emphasizing the Disney exploitation of points of contact of customer base at a national and global level. A simple idea that emulates this ideology is the design of Mr. Ron's unique fly fish, accessories, magazine using vertical points of sales such as travel and leisure outlets synergistic American OEMs of clothing, sporting goods, physical fitness monitoring and other OEM spinoffs highlighting training, educational and motivational mental and physical fitness. The gyration of the “Americana Nostalgica” is in my estimate projected to generate $5 trillion USD 2015 in fifteen years.

![]() Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Automation proposes a dual aproach to the phasing out of ICE by Electric Vehicles. The approach embraces a transitional phase where both ICE and EV safely co-exist on road. During this period, MCC INNovations proposes the adoption of EV innovations for use on ICE platforms. The dual-mode approach mainly addresses the need for an orderly transition to renewable enrgy. More specifically, identifying solutions for reducing demands on utilities to pursue rapid & costly renewable energy and electric infrastructure upgrades. Providing a feedback control mechanism for EV marketplace to achieve cost effective US EV infrastructure development. One solution involes taxing rate of EV power charging. Faster rates of charging proportionally require larger peak power transfer rates from grid. Utilities must design their grids to service peak power demand which can be multiples of normal demand needs. Taxing power transfer rates partially addresses the added costs for utilities. Also, EV consumers using a 5 minute charger instead of a 40 minute charger experience over a half an hour of free time with each EV battery recharging. A phased-in approach where EV innovations are adopted on ICE platforms provides greater universality in development of evolving US EV infrastructure.Adoption of the proposal is also expected to provide a major impact on reducing vhicular accidents; potential savings of lives, property damage and health costs.
